Ride / Liability Waiver
You must accept this waiver in the app before you start or join a live ride. Riding a motorcycle can cause death, injury, or property damage.
1. Assumption of risk
I understand that motorcycling, group riding, navigation, weather, traffic, road surface, fatigue, other riders, and my own decisions are inherently dangerous. I choose to participate anyway.
2. RideRadar is not in the ride with me
PVK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED provides software. It does not:
- organise, lead, or supervise the ride unless a human organiser separately does so;
- inspect bikes, licences, insurance, or routes;
- provide medical, rescue, or roadside assistance;
- guarantee GPS accuracy, map data, or that other riders will stay visible or behave safely.
A live map, chat, intercom, or suggested track is information only. I remain responsible for speed, lane position, following distance, and whether I should stop.
3. Other people
Other RideRadar users, group admins, and event organisers are not our employees. I will not hold PVK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED responsible for their acts or omissions, including bad directions, cancelled meets, or unpaid expense splits.
4. Fitness and law
I am 18 or older, legally allowed to ride, and fit to ride. I will follow traffic law and wear required protective gear. I will not use the app in a way that takes my eyes or attention off the road.
5. Release
To the maximum extent Indian law allows, I release PVK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, and its operators from claims arising out of my use of RideRadar during a ride, including negligence, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded (including proven fraud or wilful misconduct).
